Thankful for the PP but weak call. No weaker than Neil hooking though so I guess it evens out.

Crowd on Hasek but he's played alright. None of the goals were his fault and he made some big saves early.

Sens are the highest scoring team in the 3rd period. How's Philly in the 3rd this year? With Hitchcock I expect Philly to be tough.

Philly has given up leads this season in the 3rd period...so there is hope for the Sens.

Flyers need to attack and NOT play "prevent" defence.

I'd love to see us go to a SO. Hopefully it won't come to that, but if it does that would be pretty cool.

I feel more sorry for the ice being corrupted by Neil's blood.

That's pathetic. How do they not call Chara getting dumped and then make up for it with a hold 5 seconds later?

Question:

I've had these both happen in NHL2K6 and I'm wondering if they're right, rules wise.

I was on a delayed-penalty (they had the puck) and they get a breakaway, I drag him down, and he gets a penalty shot, but the delayed penalty never became a penalty. Is that how it works in the NHL, too?

Also, if a team scores during the delay before the penalty, is there still a penalty?

That play by Kapanen (killing time by passing back into the Flyers' zone) is exactly why the Flyers PP will get better.

First part, no idea. Second part, no.

Anyway, that was a horrible call on Forsberg.

That was an elbow by Hatcher.

Good kill and now another penalty. Dammit!

Answer to question: There is no penalty if a team scores on a delay.

No PP when a goal is scored on a delayed penalty.

Hatcher didn't even get him with the elbow.

Almost makes you wish Chris Therien was called for that cross check.

Hatcher should have been called for breaking his stick as well.
