Flyers Top Line All Time (Says You)

Made by you. My pick:

Gagne-Forsberg-LeClair

when all where/are in their prime, discuss.

Move Forsberg to the wing...

Gagne - Lindros - Forsberg

Of course this is in all the players primes...

tru dat, there is not a line who could go against then in their prime. They were unstoppable and feared, a letahl combination. Tim Kerr though would be awesome as well replacing Leclaire. When tey were together no one could even come close to them IMO.

The LCB line of Leach, Clarke and Barber. The acquisition of Leach was the perfect compliment to the duo of Barber and Clarke.

Gagne shouldnt even be mentioned in the same sentence as either of Lindros and Forsberg.

Agreed. Leach was the perfect complimentary scorer and Clarke was the most unusual of players (gritty, fierce competitor who also happened to be one of the two of three best players in the game).

Add that to Bernie Parent and the meanest bunch of blueliners available on planet earth and it was impossible to beat them.

Lindros shouldn't even be mentioned as a Flyer. He's the only guy I know who quit on his team.

The legion of doom line was great, but could you imagine foppa seting up all those lindros wristers. And keep LeClaire to make the one timers. LeClair would be up there with Hull if this line was together for awhile. Question: Did we ever have Sakic even as a draft pick?

It would be nice if we could restrain ourselves to keeping players in their 'normal" positions. Oh, and to mention Lindros in the same week as Clarke, Foppa, Kerr, Barber, or any one of 100 other Flyers who "left his guts" out on the ice is a travesty.

Had we nwever made the lindros - Forsberg, Hextall, et al trade we would have five cups right now. If lindros had never come back in the middle of the finals we would have three, anyway. (By the way, that's Kieth Jones' opinion, as well as mine. He has gone on recoprd to that effect.

Not if they'd be better in their unnormal positions than the players who would be there instead

LCB. I don't know why there is any discussion on that. The Legion of Doom was great for a year or two and has the best name. It is too soon to tell what the Forsberg, Gange, Knuble line will do over a few seasons (if they areeven together in a few seasons (the new NHL).
LCB is it. Longevity wasn't much more than Doomm but was longer and playoffs wise, there is no comparison.
