Would like to say easy win, but you never know... Look out for Alexander "Mr Consistent" Ovechkin, kid seems to get a goal in every game...

Brent Johnson wears #1.

And if he's playing, give the Flyers a 5-0 head start.

Yep, had Kolzig there first who wears #37, then i figured there's a good chance Johnson is starting since Kolzig got lit up in his last game. It's a very shaky projection though.

*** is up with brashear on the second line???

anyone think a second line of zues-carter-kapenan would be awesome? zues as playmaker carter as shooter and kappy as super sami? zeus and kapenan have proven chemistry with those last 2 overtime winners

Honestly wouldn't have minded giving Niittymaki the day off and going with Storr.

Brash on the 2nd line make me nauseous. He belongs on the 4th line (if in the lineup at all).

Could be a let down game here after a very successful road trip.

Great thread, LotN. One thing ... I doubt Kolzig is 14-14-3 when the Caps are only 12-20-3. ;-)

AHH! Our second line!

Let's keep this win streak alive.

4-2 Flyers if Kolzig is in net
6-2 Flyers if Johnson is in net

the top line will carry the Flyers. Caps have no one that can deal with Forsberg and Knuble

Flyers 6 Caps 1 if Frank Starts

Flyers 6 Caps 4 if Storr starts

Thank goodness it's the Caps who we're playing when Gags gets the flu. Hopefully we have enough to beat 'em without him.

Therien scores today.
