i dont know what to think, nobody knows on a game to game basis what team is going to show up for us. there is no consistency so this game is basically a crap shoot from my perspective.
you really think our boys can slip one past mr. stonewall mclennan?
McLennan will look "brilliant" as all backups do against this collection of weak shooters. I would expect at least one to sneak in. And who knows, maybe we'll see the second closed door, players only meeting of the season after only 5 games.
Anyone else think Peters will skate with his head down anymore? Gauthier took Peters for a ride. I think Andrew's going to be looking for somebody to drop em with in the 2nd. Pretty decent period IMO. Good PK.
Solid 60 minute effort tonight, great defense and Mika was solid when he faced scoring chances. A couple more goals would be nice, but I will always take a 2-0 win over a 6-5 loss. Good work tonight boys.
This game was a great indicator at the 5 game mark.Ales Kotalik is adding some early offense and I predict a 27 goal campaign this season.Maxim is getting more defensively aware and he is creating plays that shows the concussion is giving him no after effects.Taylor Pyatt looks to be a semi-Bertuzzi. He played like a bull tonight, overpowering 3 Calgary Players. He needs to have a good game next time to though.Noronen made key stops especially on the Penalty Kill.If Noronen is leading the team at the top of the division after 30 games, I trade Biron no question to get a good asset.I was tempted to put in def. d-man, but the way McKee played tonight, the need is less and less.Man, he played a hell of a game and Warrener couldn't match up on the other side.
Did something happen to Delmore? From NHL.com, the super stats show him with only 12 shifts for a total of 9:34 playing time, and no penalties. That's a lot less than you'd expect for him. The Shift Chart shows his last shift was at about the 7th minute of the 3rd.
Did he get injured? Was he benched?

Relax, bro. It's one game...and you're talking about possibly the most inconsistent team in the league. They did alright tonight, but you can count on a stinker in the near future.
