Its because on our board, we dont have a set guy that does it everyday...It's someone new all the time, and most people dont have the time to put into a page long GDT. It would be nice if we did have a set guy who would do that tho.

Hey Guys,

I have been putting it up pretty consistently the past month or so, only cause I love EARLY GDT's and was tired of waiting until noon or so. I can continue to do it but there is no way I am taking the time to do what they do on the Philly board. Kind of a waste since after 400+ posts it is lost in the mix. If anyone who is unemployed or has zero responsibilities at work and would like to get fancy, let me know and I will stop putting them up so early.

What are you a closet Flyer fan?!!!

Seriously, you're right...great stuff with the lineups, stat leaders and injuries. BTW, what is an athletic promalgia? Sounds like a healthy sub!

All sorts of stuff you can learn on the internet if you live in Philadelphia. Not much else to do in Philadelphia.

You guys get the ones that can't cut it here. Survival of the fittest and all that

If someone has the time to do the GDT like that, thats awesome. Once the game has begun it doesn't really matter, but it nicely enhances the anticipation leading up to the game(as if there weren't enough as it is!).

No

I imagine the first one took him quite a while but afterwards it's pretty simple just to switch over I would imagine.

Try 20-30 minutes. But since i like doing them it's a moot point.

The worst pain is figuring out the opposing teams lines.

Probably the first time it did. But he probably has got it down to a semi science for his own team info, and its just a matter of finding the info on the opposition.

EDIT: There you go. Lion answered the Q while I had the page open and was studying.

So the less fit ones are driven mad by the greatness of living in NY?

Indeed. I believe the great WC Fields put it best when he said: "I once spent a year in Philadelphia; I think it was on a Sunday."
