Yes, that was terible. That was a textbook example of a crosschecking penalty.
I'm not worried about Handzus, unless he broke a rib he'll be back tonight. Gagne on the other hand, that hit he took was pretty nasty looking.

Zus is back... He looked as if it was just the wind knockedout of him.
Gags, is oft injured, and might never become an elciteplayer in the league. He has the tools, but he's too soft.

Something should be done about that. I mean, seriously. I'm tired of worrying about him.

Everytime Pitkanen is on the ice I almost assume something good is going to happen. Def Clarke's best trade.
As for Gagne, injuries happen it's not his fault. It's not like he's coming to camp 30 pounds overweight. He's obviously one of the Flyers best players so when people have the chance lay one on him they're going to. You guys complain way too much about things that are uncontrollable.

I think it's passed out of control. I'm waiting for a 10 man brawl and goalie fight.
Bad penalty by Fedoruk but this kid is a monster.

I feel like I've been watching penalty palooza out there, I mean damn, ref call the right penalties and not the garbage ones. Rex and JR are having a great game though. Should be an interesting 3rd period.

What happened? I missed the first period, please tell me he was not crouched over when leaving the ice. Well the third period is starting. Later.

Coyotes played pretty dirty game I thought. Really punished the Flyers physically. Gagne managed to get his one per game breakaway. To bad he was boarded & injured on the play. He's still a keeper in mind. Not much stood out to me in the game other than Pitkanen... first chance I've had to see him play & he didnt disappoint. Although I think he was benched in the 3rd for his defensive lapses I really think he's leading candidate for Calder. He looked that good to me & besides Fleury I don't see many other challengers. I truly hate the way hockey is officiated. I doubt it will ever change too. Anyways way to go Flyers!!! Still undefeated.
