My LAD was 99% blocked by age 54,no choice but open heart surgery. I also ran 25 miles a week for years, spent a lot of time at the gym,and played hockey 3 hours a week. Thought I ate ok,but have learned lots since then. Just had another angioplasty last month and my other blockages have increased by about 3% in 3 years. Most peoples' plaque increases 2-7% a year!! It takes a lot to reverse this disease. Take a look at cureality.com for real people, physicians and researchers and benefit from their knowledge of health. BTW, BP over 140 can and does rupture plaque so it might save your life to know your blood pressure when exercising.

Petty frustrated right now.

Got home yesterday afternoon. I'm still feeling pretty run down. Been told I have to take it easy for at least a week. I don't like taking pharmaceuticals which I am told I have to for the next year. I prefer all natural. So now I have to reevaluate my supplementation, workout, and probably diet. Need to avoid negative interactions with the pharmaceuticals. Just when I'm starting to get things figured out, I have to make changes again. Well, at least I'm a head of the curve.

Plenty of evidence to support Plavix and aspirin for a year. You can add Rutin, but I wouldn't screw around with this combo.

the pizza was probably just as bad for you. So I wouldve went pizza.lol
Panera probably shoves the most salt in their food than anybody. Its even too salty for me.

Scrape all the top off the pizza and discard the bread.

lol. true. I was joking, but Panera really does load up with the salt.

Speaking of pizza. I try and watch what I eat, but after my hockey game last thursaday. The owner made up this pizza-- it was loaded with boom boom sauce And had like full chicken tenders on it. I had like 2 slices. Probably the greasiest thing Ive eaten in like 10 years

I did eat an individual deep dish uno pizza with sausage and pepperoni after my spartan race.

That was my one cheat meal.

We are well after our race at the ribfest yesterday.

The one Texas BBQ place does a combo platter of ribs, brisket, pork and chicken with beans and Coke slaw.

I had a bowl of cereal for supper haha.

Weird summer for me. I used to be the same way, but I feel like the mom from "Get Out" hypnotized me because lately I can't drink beer or really anything with alcohol without feeling bloated and nauseous.
