TBBB has a Pasha/Prucha73 quality about him, wouldn't you say?

Either works, preferably Wayne. Ott, Barnaby shouldn't be too hard. The others will take some work. Just throwing out names now

There are some names from the past. Didn't Pasha get reincarnated as Shappa? I will never forget when one of them accused everyone of conspiring against them. Ahh....those were the days. Now we just get to debate the merits of Colton Orr.

You do know that Keith P's career is in question, right? And Wayne? Why?
Now, try to answer the actuall question. I did not ask the degree of diffuculty in obtaining Ott or Barnaby. I asked how you are going to do it. What are you giving up? Answers like "Should not be too hard" are not answers.

Prucha 73, that's who I couldn't remember.

Yeah he had a mental breakdown one day on the board and insisted I was out to get him and was somehow leading a Hockey's Future revolt against him.

For whatever reason I couldnt remember.

Pasha, than Shapa than Prucha73 than he disappeared.

Rucchin. Poti. Nylander. Moore. Roszival. I'd be willing to part with all

Pasha did come back as shapa999. I think every last Ranger draft pick was destined for pasha's roster - and remember the d-man on Tampa Bay he was in love with - Kudroc?

So you're willing to part with the team's first line center (warts and all) for bottom 6 help? Who exactly takes his place right now?

I just don't think those names make a fit for that trade.

For those guys you're giving up someone young and with some potential.

I happen to like the role Moore plays on this team.

The drum beating for Kudroc went on for the better part of the year. He was in every single trade proposal. Eventually all of us started to include him in every trade automatically, whether or not it was with Tampa.

Nylander? Come on. Poti? Wake me up when Dallas agrees to that deal. Moore? Who is taking his place as part of the 2nd best PK in the league? Don't forget that the PK is a major reason of why the Rangers are where they are. Rozsival? Sure I would. Highly doubtfull that Dallas or Chicago would. This is not EA sports.

I thought Moore was on the list to be traded?

Staka is already playing as the second line center because Rucchin has failed.

So now the Rangers scoring centers would consist of Straka and Rucchin. I really don't think that's a great move. Nylander isn't my favorite player at all, but that option doesn't really improve anything.

Moore has found his niche as a good Draper like defensive forward. He's not a top 6 center and asking him to become that or throwing Immonen to the wolves in a playoff hunt isn't going to help anything.

The problem is that in filling one hole the Rangers have opened up another in that scenario. It's like rowboating in a circle.

Again I'm not against the idea of adding a player like that, but it's gonna make the team better not make it go in a circle by creating another hole.

You're better off visiting the Sens board for viable discussion on our team's needs.... Garrioch is only a casual hockey fan.

It does not make any sense for us to acquire a 3rd line centre (Rucchin or Laparriere) when we have about 40 of them.

The Sens will only grab a centre if he is a legit number 1 or 2.

That's assuming Moore stayed

Why change Moore's role. He's been a key member of a pk unit and a solid defensive player.

I just don't see the offense as a top 6 forward. And that's a very big risk to take going to into the playoffs just to add a third or fourth line grinder.

I have been thinking this since the first post I read of his and unless you get them together in the same place at the same time there is no way you will convince me it's not the same guy. Somewhere these two and Jarome from WFAN are meeting right now, plotting their next move...
