lol

come one now your writting Petr Sykora off as ' done" at the age of 29?

i think the guy is far from done and the only thing that was disliked was his contract . he played his best in the eastern confrence , ill go out on the limb and say watch him excell in new york .

he played his best alongside Arnott and Elias, he was the defensive player on this line. With the Ducks he couldn't get anything done with average players, average players with whom he would have played in Montreal.

Bingo. Sykora makes little sense in Montreal right now. It's a math move where Montreal could simply not fit in the equation and had no business (hockey wise) in, in the first place.

sometimes I feel like people are high on players they have never seen play. They like them because they're well rated in EA sports games or whatever. I've seen a few of Sykora's games and he never impressed me.

I guess this makes mr Jagr even happier to have another Czech in his team... NYR is stronger as of today.

I wonder what we could get for Bulis... It looks like New York's going for the complete set, so we may be able to get something decent!

I still DON'T believe in the Rangers for PLAYOFFS. Nothing against Rangers but if the Habs make the playoffs I would love it if they played the Rangers in first round...

Ottawa, Philly, Carolina...: these are the stronger, more "legit" teams in our conference...(IMO!).

The X-factor is Lundqvist, who is arguably as good as any goalie in the conference, at least so far this year. Be careful what you wish for...

Sather felt Jagr was letting up a little so to get him going again he brought a bit more of the Czech rep in the big apple :

Sykora got another 2 points tonight. 1 goal, 1 assist.

And with that I keep laughing, I've wanted that guy with the Habs ever since he was benched with the Ducks.

He has a great shot. Could have played the point on the PP.
