Visnovsky

I saw this on a fantasy hockey site (rotowire.com): "Visnovsky was examined after Monday's game for concussion-like symptoms the LA Times reports."

For some reason I can't access the Times site article (even though I'm registered). Can anyone give any more details than the scant one sentence provided by this site?

This is all that was said about the matter in the Times.

From the LATimes article:

"I'm fine," Visnovsky said. "I just got hit."

Sounds like it was just precautionary.

Although I think Lubo would've said the same thing if he was rundown by an SUV.

yes...yes you did...

I don't know what makes me sadder: the fact that you beat me or the fact that I'm in a quote-posting race on a Tuesday afternoon...

Don't be too hard on yourself. We are both neck and neck in the race to see who has no life.

That he was being run all night WILL continue... and it would continue whether the Kings had the ultimate deterrent or not, because he's a little guy, he's a skill guy, he's on the point, and he has a target visible to the opposition.

When coaches come up with game plans against the Kings, making sure a player is covering Visnovsky like a blanket has to be a top priority. Any Kings fan who puts themselves in the opposition's skates is going to come up with that plan, or face the consequences... a probable L in the second column.

Lubo's coverage will continue... move on.

LaCouture, Isbister, Gill, Alberts...some names Lubo shouldn't lose sight of.

Concur Tubby. The one thing that makes us effective is the number of guys that are as dangerous offensively as Lubo. Then the opposition can't concentrate on one guy.
