Don't feel bad - I was in New Jersey one night when the Kings gave up 7 goals to the Devils, then gave up 8 goals the next night to the Rangers.
Only THEN did we discover that Jamie Storr had been playing with a concussion.
I was at both of those games too. It was Andy Murray's first season as coach. Saw him at both games, and after the 7-1 loss in NJ he was roaming through the crowd at MSG. He told me something like, "we'll try to do a little better tonight." Shortly to follow they ended up losing to the Rangers 8-3. The very next game they gave up another 8 goals.
