clement: "ray, is there anybody in the national hockey league better than the philadelphia flyers right now?"
ferraro: "i don't think so bill, they're the best team in the nhl start to finish so far..."

must be parm missed our 6-3 trouncing of the flyers? this was after ferraro put us down by trashing our division/competition... what a joke of an analyst he is.

Good second period by the Wings spoiled by the late goal...just another reason to hate Nieminen. Chelios has been a monster.

Question: What do you guys think of the broadcast? I like how they have McGuire between the benches and getting instant information. He's been strong during the broadcast.

Shanahan took a shot and it bounced of Lundy and flew over the crease. The Lundy turned around and batted the puck in by accident with the handle of his stick. Shanhan hit the side of the netting with his chop.

Rangers got lucky on that 2nd goal....could of easily been goaltender interence. Though, I won't complain. I've seen a couple go against the Rangers this season, haha.

It's been a good game so far and it's going to be an exciting 3rd.

When they get healthy, I wouldn't put it past the Flyers to win it all. I don't know about Primeau's status but getting Pitkanen and Desjardins back would help. I'm not sold on the goaltending but that's always been the Flyers' problem.

the question wasn't "when the flyers get healthy will they be the best team in the league?" ....

A complete garbage goal. There should've been a call on Niemenen for interferance. How could he let something like that, right in front of him slide?

Weird goal for the Rangers...it looked like the Wings were going to break that game open with the way the Rangers were caught in odd man situations. Lundqvist had a tough time handling some shots and nearly got burned. Entertaining game though...

Yep, a few years down the road, he could be Brodeur-material..
