Putting Kosty on pp, would be a good idea. Remember, versus Ottawa in 10 seconds, he created like 2 scoring chances.
He also has a rocket.

Zednik's not there ?

I'm eager to see the line combination.
I'd love to Bulis at center again...Maybe until Plekanec is back.
Remember when both Kovalev & Koivu said that they wanted to make Perezhogin better ? Providing that the kids works hard in practice, that is what it should be..Pairing young players with your top ones.
In a couple days/weeks, I'd wish for:

Perez-Koivu-Kovalev (fast)
Kost-Plekanec-Ryder (fast)
Higgins-Bulis-Zednik (very fast)
Bégin-Bonk-Ferland (Bonk would need to work his way up).

I'd wish for a super-fast, hard-hitting, strong against the board type of player that gives all h*ll every shift in the lineup instead of Sundstrom. Who that could be ?

I predict a 5-1 wins, Théo with 33 saves and the Koivu-Kovalev-Ryder lines with 3 goals.

Two good scoring chances -- Ryder on a backhand after a nice drop pass from Kovalev, Bulis on a hard wrist shot after a Sharks turnover in the neutral zone. Two good stops by Nabokov.

DO NOT TRADE BULIS!!!

We just need that speed either to be a good 2nd line centerman if we don't have a choice or a 3rd line centerman in replacement of Bonk or after the Bonk era....

Those Sharks are way too much to handle for our guys. They've got so much speed and hustle that we won't last long. Their forecheck is too hard to handle.

With or without Julien, we don't have the players to face such adversity...at least not those kind of teams that have speed and agressive play.

Begin... hurt?

Streit's been alright. Got lucky with the puck riding the glass.

edit: Nahhh, Begin's back!
