That's guessing. Jimmy Vesey himself didn't know what he was going to do a week ago. Stop taking credit for everything imaginable.

Miller can play RW or C too (obviously more effective on the wing). Should have had Vesey and Buch switched. Big deal.

Happy to have him. Totally unexpected. He and Buchnevich go a long way toward making up for our pick trading.

I thought the Rangers overpaid on Kevin Hayes second contract but when you think about it Hayes getting that after a bit of a letdown year probably played well to the Vesey camp--it said the Rangers are willing to give their young guys very good second deals.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Rangers dealt some excess forwards for a d-man and if there's one guy right now that interests me more than any other is Jacob Trouba.

I'll go as far as saying as really good offseason.

We still have Staal and Girardi but they are hard to move. Nash - well by all reports we were getting 50 cents on a $1.

BTW, with the top 9 constituted as it currently is, Jesper Fast should NEVER see a minute in the top 6.

Days ago Dagoon said 60/40 rangers in favor from the same sources he has always had.

RB has been putting together all the evidence as to why Vesey is likely to come here for weeks.

But hey you sound as salty as the main boards

Extra forwards being dealt is a likely consideration but extra forwards doesn't really have much to do with landing Trouba

There is no way he should. Even if there were injuries, Grabner/Lindberg/Gerbe/Jensen are all better forwards than him.

Fast, if he stays, will be a much better player this year playing in the correct role

I still think Staal can be moved. I have very little hope for Girardi getting moved.

Saying that it's 60/40 is guessing. I think you might be objecting to Kredielstl because he's been arguing a lot of things in weird ways but without a source close to the Vesey camp or the Rangers, it's just hunches. Vesey couldn't meet with teams until 8/15. Vesey met with 6 teams or so in 2 days and took until Friday to decide. It was an ongoing situation and decision.

I'm not objecting to RB but rather Dagoon btw.

Fast shouldn't even make this team as presently constituted

And Lindberg is lucky he's hurt he'd have been dealt to Las Vegas by now as a welcoming present
