So now that he's in the AHL, who's the worst player in the NHL?

According to CKAC radio station in Montreal, he's been told by the Habs management he'll never play in the NHL again.

Ouch.

I would assume that he's seen his last NHL game this season, as I'm sure someone would take a chance on him through re-entry waivers, but "never play in the NHL again." that's harsh.

probably true but good lord.

My bad, let me rephrase:

According to CKAC radio station in Montreal, someone in the Habs management told Dagenais' agent he'll never play in the NHL again. Just heard it.

I doubt they said something like that, they probably said they wouldn't need him in the big club again.

it is 5:25 now, anyone speaking french can tune in at www.ckac.com and hear an interview with Dagenais where he'll let himself loose and tell what's on his mind.

The interview is in 5 minutes, at 5:30.

Should be good.

Why would management say this? I hate Pierre Dagenais and he sucks, but he isn't so bad that he won't ever get another look in the show. Did he do something really bad to piss management off?

I heard it for the 3rd time in the last 10 minutes.

That's what his agent has been told, trust me.

In related news, Lou Lamariello has said that Dagenais has retired....

Meanwhile, Vlad Malakhov's agent is denying that statement.

Oh he'll be back, they always come back, just not likely with the Habs. Some team will give him a tryout next September.

He'll go "Kilger" and show up as a Leaf and get time on Sundin's wing.

Nashville is making Perreault looking good again.

They should give this guy a chance, he'll pot 20 for you but do nothing else.

Oh, and he's 2 on 2 in shootouts.

I'm not sure, but I think the exact quote was that he would never wear the habs jersey again. A little difference...

Nope, this was the exact quote I heard myself from Michel Villeneuve on CKAC.

I honestly don't care why someone would say that and what it meant exactly, I just forwarded the information.
