According to the Monarchs play-by-play announcer, Adam Hauser & Matt Ryan have been reassigned to Manchester by the Kings.

Hauser now has the third worst career GAA in Kings history, leading only Travis Scott and Paul Pageau

Yes, let's judge him off of one game.

Just saying that their collective play created nary a ripple in the Kings waters. Ryan had a shift or two that looked NHL-worthy, but more often than not he was beige paint. Hauser, well, it was a lousy way to get into a game, and a lousier way to perform once called upon, but if that's his contribution to the Kings this year, well, it was certainly memorable.

In general, I am just glad that the recalls the Kings made during this injury laden stretch were overall positive experiences for the players themselves, and helped the team tread water as they waited (waded?) for the "real" NHL guys to get healthy.

Honestly though, when it all gets boiled ("Boyle"-d?) down to the essence, the talent we've seen so far has been marginal as far as impact players go, but worthy of eating up minutes when called upon. I'd like to see more of Tambellini, and eventually get a look at Tuokonen and Petiot, but I have fairly realistic hopes for Kanko (some), Clarke (none) and Ryan (a footnote, for sure.)

As for my yawn... I was tired from all those goals last night.

Well, the faithful were awfully quick to annoint Jason LaBarbera as the next George Vezina back in October

Seriously, yeah, you can't judge Hauser by this one performance, but he's probably not going to get many more chances this season, unless an injury were to occur... and if it was a serious enough injury, I could see the Kings actually look to add a veteran backup for a playoff run... (Again, I say only if there was a serious injury to either of the current tandem.)

Not really judging him off of one game, but then again that's all Travis Scott and Paul Pageau had too (Travis Scott only had 25 minutes of ice time)
