NHL CI should be the TV package, NHL GC shouldn't exist anymore and NHL.tv is the online product.

I'm rather confused about everything. What is the differences between NHL Center Ice, NHL Game Center and NHL.TV?

I'd like to be able to watch every game in the country at the same time from the same account on multiple TVs.

The NHL is lazy, they haven't updated any of their literature since the last time I subscribed in 2014. I am their target demographic and I'm confused about their products. All I want to do is throw money at them and they're making it difficult for me.

Thanks for starting this thread and making it a sticky Sniper.
Center Ice is through DirecTv (I think). Gamecenter is now NHL.TV. It's an online product run through the NHL. Not sure if you can watch center ice on a tablet or a computer, but you can with NHL.TV

Yes , you are correct . Not sure what will happen this year but only two Bruins games were blacked out last year and the blacked out games involved Ottawa and Montreal .

I felt like last year there were more non-hd games on CI (I have Dish). Don't know if that was a CI thing or a Dish thing, but every night there would be 2 or 3 games that I would just pass by because they were only in standard definition.

I was able to last year. My brother watched the Pens in his room, and I watched the Isles wherever I was.

Does anyone know if games are in HD on FIOS? They're in SD on Cablevision which was my old provider. Last year was my first year on FIOS and the customer service people were too uninformed to promise me HD.

I've used fios the last few years. Only remember a few games that weren't in HD last season.

I'm looking to use something else, though. I travel for work, and if haven't had good luck... always seem to get blacked out for random games.

"Game time... so I guess I'll watch this golf instead..."
Don't have issues at home, just when traveling.

Not sure about this one, but might as well ask.

Are pre-season games on Center Ice?

Anyone know if the World Cup pre tournament games are going to be broadcasted on Rogers gamecentre or just the actual tournament

How many people can be logged into one account on different devices at the same time? Has anyone ever had experience with this?

What if I didn't get a renewal e-mail? I want to get the Early Bird but not if I'm going to be charged eventually anyway.

You can have up to 5 devices at the same time per account – all can be doing something different within the Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE™ app.

Does anyone else find that the NHL tv service has the least helpful, least knowledgable employees of all time? I've called several times asking questions pertaining to the subscription service and why I can't get access to the archived games, and nobody could answer my question. The end result was always, "you'll have to wait until the end of September to watch any archived games." So finally I cancelled my service and resubscribed, and voila. Seriously awful service.

The website is awful. It looks like something an intern put together.

pathetic.

Confusion reigns

Okay I'm really confused as well. I'm in Canada.

What are my options to subscribe?

I know Shaw cable has Centre Ice. $209 *gulp*

What options do I have via the Internet?

Thanks

TBH I think the NHL is doing an extremely poor job marketing this product! Everything about it is somewhat confusing. :/

Rogers is the game in Canada. You can get it for free with certain Rogers plans or pay for it on its own $179.99

Anyone know if I can change my credit card information without canceling my subscription? I click on "My Account" and the only option is to cancel subscription. I'm afraid if I do that they'll charge me a different price or something if I sign up from scratch again.

-Edit... Well, in the email they sent me there was a link to add a new card, so I was able to do that there. The website has zero functionality.

Is it even possible to subscribe yet? All I see on the website is 24.99 for the Offseason subscription.

I'm not sure if they've made changes but you could watch on multiple devices as long as they weren't the same type of device meaning you couldn't watch on 2 different Apple tv's at one time etc.

Are the World Cup games available on NHL.tv? Their website says absolutely nothing about it and the games aren't listed in the schedule - https://www.nhl.com/tv#schedule
