I don't get all these MacT votes. He does better with lowend talent, than many coaches with highend talent.

I voted Quenneville. He consistently has top flight players and they are always considered contenders, but always end up as 'also rans'.

I took Sutter. Good for a season or two, then burns his team out and they just ignore him. Personal problems with Geoff Courtnall and Cliff Ronning caused the trade with Vancouver in '91 that arguably ruined the Blues chance to go for the Cup. (They played like crap after the deal, fell behind 3-1 to Detroit in the DSF and fell to Minnesota 4-2 in the DF.)

Given his track record, the Blackhawks will quit listening to him sometime around December.

IceDragoon, I agree. I think that considering what MacT has, he is doing an excellent job. He gets the boys motivated, his system is exciting and we still manage to win, we make the playoffs with a tiny budget, and most voting for him don't even know why they're voting for him, except the Flamers who are doing it out of spite.

It`s close between Quenneville and Mctavish, The blues should be doing better with the players they have but I didn`t notice Quenniville until I voted for MacTavish. So that`s 1 more vote for Quenneville

Wow... I guess the people on this board aren't as knowledgeable as I thought.

How on earth is Joel Quenneville being voted off?

He's one of the best coaches in the NHL IMO.

It is an absolute disgrace that Cassidy has even made it this far.
