72 hours before the game.
Right. The back rows 6-7 are obstructed. 5 isn't great either. 1-4 are great in my opinion. Plus rangers shoot twice.

One of the best values in the house @ $57, but the back 3 are perfectly fine in most sections and @ $35 are completely unbeatable pricewise.

If I had to pick the perfect seats from the current setup it would be dead center section 224, row 15, seats 11 & 12 at $62 each

Those seats are now $74 FYI. They were $62 last year.

My bad I got confused with the corner 200's which are now $62. Next year those will be around $1074 at this rate

I spoke with my rep last week and he said NY Knicks tickets will probably start going out next Monday, September 26.

Definitely. I would buy seasons there in a heartbeat if I could. They are marked up pretty high this year at 90 per for some games all the way up to 130 per.

Just took a quick look at the public presale and found some games where buying from Ticketmaster in my section/row is actually cheaper (even after fees!) than my own season tickets. For example, I'm section 113. My price is $139/ticket but buying on Ticketmaster is $115+ fees, $136.90 after.

I thought by buying seasons we would always be cheaper or at least same price vs. individual game price. What gives?

That's pretty lousy - I would definitely bring that up with my rep. They may argue that with the flat price on all the tickets you also get games where the individual price is much higher, but still

yeah, really, if only I could move back 9 rows, and save 2x$30 every game.
but for the most part rows 15 and 16 went to previous blue seat seasons, and are unlikely to open up

Correct. We were 405 row A and now 225 row 15.

Just tickets. No parking coupons or anything.

Today I received a 90th Anniversary themed folder with my membership card, 90th anniversary pin, and some information on what they plan to do throughout the season for the anniversary. The weird thing to me is: Why couldn't they just send all of this stuff with the tickets? Put it all in a metal box and present it a little nicer!

The tickets come directly from the printing company in Arkansas and the other stuff probably comes from MSG. I miss the days when you can walk over and pick them up from MSG.

Got it too - they still give the useless 10% off coupons for Meyers parking, but now you have to download them instead of cutting out physical coupons. Pin is nice, member card is flimsy, nothing else of note

I just bought Mets play-off tickets. Did so through the 7-line as I went to a game at Yankee Stadium with them. Purchased on Mets.com, and received this message in the information email:

"Your one-time use password is below. The password is good for up to 2 tickets to 1 Wild Card or Division Series Game. The password will expire once transacted upon. The listing is live on xxxxxxxxxx.com/xxxxxx. Be prepared to purchase and have your payment info handy."

Last year, the Giants pre-sale was your account number. If the Giants can use a better password and the Mets can set this up where each "invitee" gets a unique PW to be used once, why can't the Rangers?

Because the Rangers don't care. That's about it. Tickets are being sold and they don't care who gets them really.

bingo! you know a presale is B.S. when the password can be used multiple times and they never verify your identity. Presales are only legit with one time use or account specific passwords. MSG doesn't really do presales. It would be nice if they had unique codes and they handed them out to STHs for other events. But they don't give 2 craps because every fan is replaceable with someone else on the waiting list

All the NHL Team sites now have an MLB feel to them.
MLBAM has officially redesigned the sites.
It actually sucks because you have to click on the schedule instead of it just being there.
