Technically, the coverage has been very good. It's just the announcers that have been subpar, which is shocking for Emrick.
The worst thing about it is our TV network has a vote for next weekends NBC game and the Pens are winning with about 50% while the Flyers are on 33% so Ill have to listen to them ******* the whiner all game next week.
McGuire to Recchi: "Do you want to be part of the solution or the problem." He also got Recchi to try to bash Crosby's wings.
Flyers still need to turn it up, they haven't been generating very many chances. Outside of Esche and maybe Zeus as usual, there hasn't been that one player that has really stood out.
ummm ... no. Read his original post. Joni seems to be hurt again, and his first comment was 'I love it when they rush people back' or something like that.

oh, in that case i don't know. I don't see how he was rushed back really. It really sucks that these guys can't give us any information at all on him, let alone acknowledge he's not in the game.
um, i think hes saying that he wasn't rushed, citing the boston game as an example of them making sure he was ready when he stepped on the ice.
There's confusion cause the statement can be interpretted in two ways depending on someone's viewpoint.
A: He wasn't ready for the boston game, and therefore with today's game only a few days removed from that game he probably wasn't ready for today's game either. Therefore, he was rushed back into playing in today's game.
B: He wasn't ready for the boston game, but probably could have played if it was the playoffs, but they just wanted to give him one more game off to be extra cautious. He wouldn't be rushed and would be ready for today.

Man oh man...
Let's put it this way then, jeez...
Pitkanen was due to play against Boston, but as we know he didn't play... And if he wasn't ready to play against Boston then he clearly isn't going to be ready to play just two days later...
