2 goals tonight against the Leafs!!! 5 Goals in 5 games!!! Anyone surprised? I'm not, not the first time an offensive player like him prefers to play anywhere else but Montreal. It's really disappointing to see that we had a lot of players in our own yard ready to play for us but we didn't use them well. For all those Chewy haters, I hope you'll be more careful next time before judging a guy that talented.

I'm not surprised, he is playing for a contract (UFA). Plus I think he was having a bad year because of his divorce and he never had a chance to play with Koivu (Therrian's mistake). Good for him, but I wish it worked out here instead, we lost a lot of money in that guy that could have went elsewhere.
Obviously, Belfour's having an off night tonight, Czer's goals were stoppable shots but at least he seemed to understand that if you want to score, you've got shoot that little puck.
Anyway, we're getting used to that and I agree with you it's a pain to see that. Luckily for us, we can't stop being afraid to see McKay making a comeback and do the same thing...
This just demonstrates that if I was a GM of another team, I'll be very interested to acquire any player from Montreal... since they play better offensively outside of Montreal.
Habs D will play him tough on Thursday and he will dissappear. All last year all he could muster was 5 goals for the Habs, I hope somebody lays him out!

Belfour should've stopped both his shots tonight. Mariusz is getting the good bounces and the luck this year.
If the Czerk burns the Leafs, Bruins, Rangers, and Caps and folds against the Habs that would be great. He'd be the secret weapon for his old and new teams.

He can score as many goals as he wants, we didnt want anymore players who didnt want to pay the price. And NO! I dont miss Asham at all!! Ward will be better then him.

like the Isles are going to be indtimidated by the Habs. Haha that's pretty funny. For those who call Czerkawski not complete watch him play now, a lot of how a man plays is due to the system.
