On CBC last night maybe 3-4 minutes after Theo got pulled, they showed Theo in the hallway leading to the bench, he was just standing there alone. He looked depress.

Me and my friends (a Sens and two leafs fans) we just started laughing. I mean I've been saying for years that Theo is just a regular goaltender. He proved it 3 years ago and is proving it again this year. As for me, I can't take it anymore. I've been a habs fan for 27 years and I never hated a habs player so much like Theodore. I'm sure if he would be making 2 million dollars instead of 4.5, 5.5, 6.5 that he will be making for the next two years I wouldn't hate him as much.

The only way Theo will redeemed himself in my eyes is if he goes and see Gainey and tells him that he wants to cut his contract down to 4.5 million instead of 5.5 and 6.5. Even then I don't even think this wouldn be enough.

Time for a change. Draft picks, bags of pucks or sticks, jockstrap full of crap, I don't care. It's just time for a change.

I don't think it's possible to renegotiate a contract, for one.

Second of all, I hate most Canadiens' fans.

I think there is no one in the NHL right now more deserving of a change of scenery. It almost seems like he's cursed because he really looks likes hes trying too which is sad. But I still would bite if other teams are trying to get a free goalie, which is probably the situation.

How can you put the fault on Theo Shoulder when the defense play like crap in the first period? He was alone on the ice and the rest of the team did'nt do nothing.

But yeah, its more easy to bash the goalie

I'm not blaming Theodore for last night lost, it was a team effort. I'm just saying Theo is getting paid too much for what he's worth and I don't want a guy like him on my favourite team. He's got an attitude, he's not that good, and he makes money he doesn't deserve.

I rather have a guy like Ron Tugnutt/Damian Rhodes combo or a Fernandez/Roloson combo then a 6 million dollar overhyped player. I would rather have a Danis/Huet combo then a Theo combo with super size fries.

And I still have a hard time understanding people who still beleive Theo is in the top 5 of the league.

Wow, you guys read way too much into these things it is unbelievable. Unless you want Theodore to walk into the dressing room backwards then obviously the picture will be the same as the Roy picture.

However, the situation cannot be any more different.

-Roy was a great goaltender, Theodore does not even come close.
-Roy was liked, Theodore's stock is at an all-time low right now.
-Roy shouldn't have been traded, Theodore shouldn't even play.
-Roy was traded for crap, we will have a hard time even getting crap for Theo.

Oh yah, and Roy wasn't found bent over "crying" in the hallway. Roy got mad and brought a Stanley Cup to Colorado.

How in the world would he want to redeem himself. Just listen to him in interviews, 99% of the time, when we lose we didn't play as a team, when we win, well ''I've made some great saves'' that gave us the momentum.

IT'S NEVER HIS FAULT, so he's better than he was before, it's the team (I mean everybody else EXCEPT him) that has the problem.

Too small, not fast enough for the new NHL period.

You won't like Carey Price much then either. Goalies need to be like that. Whether they live up to their attitudes is another story.

They show him on CBC a few minutes after that picture was taken in the corridor leading to the room.... he was just staring the floor, and Hrudley said he knew his feeling.

He wasn't crying, he was practicing his technique for stopping shots high to his glove side.

I was a goalie, I had an attitude, but it wasn't about being the best there is. When I made an incredible save, I always said "C'est la marde de Kruky" meaning it's the "luck of Kruky". Of course I didn't call myself kruky back then. On the ice, thats when the attitude came out, not in the dressing room. My teamates respected me for that.

Like I said, I never tought I was the best.

My attitude was directed to the other team while on the ice, not my own teamates.

I've stop playing when I was 18. Now I play as a forward. I miss being a goalie however.

I still remember when Roy and the Avs won their first cup. Craig Wolanin passed one up the middle in OT, Roy let it in, promptly went over to Crawford and told him that Wolanin doesn't play another game. He had the attitude and could back it up. Team mates still respected Roy even though he was a jerk at times.
