It's certainly going to help San Antonio. I'm optimistic about chemistry with Brendl.

Taffe has a 1 way deal.

Sonnenberg does not.

Gee- wonder if Taffe is still engaged to Gretz's niece- guess that would make Gretz your uncle and coach when they marry.

I think Gretz feels guilty about trading his niece's fiancee away.

I rather have Taffe playing in San Antonio than Sonnenberg. Hope Taffe realizes that if he ever wants another chance of playing in the NHL again (maybe next year), he better work his *** off in SA to try to be a better hockey player.

I like getting Lundmark for Taffe, and now get Taffe back for Sonnnenberg.

At least now SA has two good scorers in Taffe & Brendl. Before they have no players that can score.

If there's a downside to this deal, I don't see it.

Mind you, I don't see an upside either.

Eventually, it's a two for one deal for the Dogs:

To PHX: Lundmark, Taffe
To NYR: Sonnenberg

Wasnt Sonnenberg actually the top scorer though?

I hope Taffe will start playing like we know he can. What's next.. the third return of Kolanos ??

Taffe-Kolanos-Brendl !

Sure, why not? It would be the laziest line in hockey.

Well in the end it's rather :
To PHX: Lundmark
To NYR: Sonnenberg
Taffe is just back where he was.

According to a article on the East Valley Tribune, Barnett and the coyotes scouts feel he will play in the NHL again.

Not a huge deal, but I meant for the Coyotes organization as a whole.
