Apparently should not be a serious injury.

Still. The NHL should also have a variable cap based on income tax in the employers place of registration.

The fact that they don't tells me that players are not being killed by taxes anywhere.
Because of their large incomes and public salaries, players have to pay tax based on each individual city or state they play in. Some cities even have their own entertainer levy that's a flat fee. It's to burdensome to go after the average worker like that, but pro athletes are easy catches.

Look up jock tax on Wikipedia for more.

I realize it's just a secondary assist but the way in which he recovered the loose puck after the faceoff with his skate was incredible.

That's that wicked backhand that was in all the highlight reels from the KHL I've been waiting for. If he starts using it more, the goals (as well as the points) will start piling up. Man, what a nice play.

I know that some people prefer not to sign him until after the expansion draft, but I don't care. I want him signed ASAP. The guy is too good, has so much passion and is a workhorse. Lock him up for 4-5 years MB.

Yup, it was a concern for me when Plekanec was still considered good, now that he sucks... it won't bother me too much if we have to leave him unprotected.

Easily the most talented player since the 84pts season Kovalev.

In fact i prefer Radulov to Kovalev. He move his feet much more and is also more implicated physically.

Fantastic signing so far

All hail King Godulov!

I was so worried for him when I saw him get the stick near the eye from Couture, and all that blood that proceeded. This guy is a beast, a warrior - he doesn't give up, and gives it his all EVERY. SINGLE. GAME.

I'm a little worried that Galchenyuk is injured though. Radulov + Galchenyuk are a great pair. Maybe Radulov can spark Pacioretty and get him back to being a sniping threat each game.

Radulov can play on any line on this team and it would produce, its called talent and its a strange thing for us to witness because we have had far to little of it for way to long.

He wasn't called the "One man army" in Russia for nothing.

We have to sign him ASAP.

He has one more shot attempt than Plekanec so far this year. He really needs to shoot more.

The engine for the Habs up front.

If he wasn't here, the Habs aren't a .500 team.

He needs to be re-signed if this team wants to be a contender for the next few years.

Radulov is a superstar that they've badly needed since Kovalev left.

He's more of a playmaker (and an excellent one at it).

What a steal at $1M. Price, Patches, Chucky, A-Rad all underpaid. Time to win is now folks.

What's A-Rad going to get next year? 5-6-7M?

Sign him ASAP once the new year hits. It's not like we're loaded up front and have a large chunk of forwards we desperately need to protect from expansion draft that we have to wait until after the draft to get a deal done.
