i'd like to see you guys try that.

he's basically doing the same movement as a back hand, but it's tough to tell from the picture.

Like I said, I wasn't dishing on him or anything. I just didn't understand what he was trying to do. But I get the exercise now, it's just alot more normal looking with a gym.

It actually looks like a 35 pound plate. This is an extremely difficult exercise...a great shoulder exercise. You don't want to put a lot of weight on the bar when doing this exercise, or you will end up in traction for the next 6 months. I usually use the cross-over cables when I do it, but I've seen people do it this way as well.

Either he has some great genetics, or we could have another Bryan Berard incident on our hands.

3-0 Habs win, and the goaltending controversy roars its ugly head.

Has any team shutout the Sens this year? If so, it definitely won't be us. We will not keep them under 2 goals tonight.

Good luck to your boys tonight!
Yeah! right.. I hope you where just kidding, the Sens aren't afraid of any goalie

Also, last time it was Emery in net, tonight it's Hasek and we also have our complete first line back since then.

I dont know if I want kost in the line up. If he makes mistakes ottawa could walk all over us tonight. We need to go with the more experience line up.

My *Hopeful* lines;

Kost - Koivu - Kovalev
Higgins - Pleks - Ryder
Bulis - Bonk - Sundstrom
Downey - Begin - Ivanans

I don't see BG, actually trying this, cuz he seems to like players who give 5% (Ribs + Zednik)........
