Marner was hurt in the Leafs game last night....that could have a big impact on the team IF he is out for a while.

Considering the luck the Leafs have already have had with injuries. It's about time to face some adversity.

Before last nights game.

Phaneuf is such a meathead.

Stands still in the neutral zone to jaw with Hall while NJ goes in for a scoring chance.

When people talk about players that have tools but no toolbox look no further than Phaneuf.

And he scores!

But he is not particularly gifted with hockey sense.

Crosby reached 1,000 points, had to listen to Steigerwald eject his oesophagus as usual on the goal call.

Malkin with a shot to Wheeler's head and left his feet to boot. Dirty as hell play. Nice response by the Jets. Suspension incoming.

The rules you agree to and signed off on say so.

See the last sentence:

2) Trolling: Do not make posts or threads with the sole intent of starting a dispute. Please note that a person disagreeing with your opinion is NOT trolling. Please keep it civil even if you're sure the other person is wrong. When visiting the team forums, please note that these are fan forums for that team and are here mainly for the enjoyment of that team's fans. Do not visit team forums to cheer against nor demean their team. In other words, if you want to cheer for the Habs and criticize the Bruins, do it on the Habs board. And if someone is doing the opposite on the Bruins board, don't start flaming them to defend the honor of your team. Either ignore it or respectfully disagree and move on. Copying posts from one HFBoard forum to another for this purpose is considered trolling/flaming as well. Wishing injury/illness on anyone (players, members, etc.) will be regarded as trolling/offensive in most cases.

At least Oilers seem to be helping out a bit.

Didn't see it, but not surprised he got to stick around to help assist on the GWG. -.-

Not sure if this belongs here, but I thought this was an interesting story about a Preds fan who is going blind. Good for him, finding ways to still enjoy what he loves.

Saw tonite Maroon fought Manning.McDavid could not fight his own battle .I know they do not want him fighting but that was one he needed to man up on.

Didn't see the game, but the last time McDavid fought (in junior) he broke his hand, he definitely isn't going to be fighting, especially not on a team with Lucic, Maroon and Kassian.

When a player breaks your shoulder on a questionable play my media per say and you face them the next season, you need to answer the bell in my mind and you need to show your team mates your all in.Not being rude but by your logic Krug should of let McQuaid hammer Shaw then.I know McDavid is a great player but that was one time it was his fight .I love watching him play but lost a bit of respect for him tonite and the Oilers .That was planned in spite of McDavid comments before the game. Good for Manning standing up to Maroon.
