I think the tone of the article is that JF has the opportunity to take the high road - listen to and work with Quinn at restructuring this team. Or he can just fire him. I would prefer him to do the former - send a message to the team that Quinn stays.
However, it is so difficult to make a trade these days with the contract situations that the high road is just too unlikely. The more likely scenario is to blow the team up in the summer.
