I'm sorry, but I do not work for the Kings or the NHL. I don't have time to scout the league and minor leagues for coaching talent. I sure hope that Dave Taylor and his staff have some ideas. I just know that the current plan isn't working and Andy is not known for ending losing streaks.

Well when its 5 on 4, you might have no where to shoot though. 5 on 3's though every team will tell you, that should be a goal every time.

You'd have to look at all of the successful AHL coaches, NHL assistant coaches with head coaching aspirations, etc.

It's pretty tough to tell who is even available. The contract situation of most of these coaches isn't public knowledge.

Murray should have told his guys to go out and beat the **** out of the Ducks for the first 15 minutes of the 3rd and then cool it for the final 5 so they don't get suspended.

Small consolation, but at least we're not Flyers' fans today.

Yeah, the defense really picked it up in the 2nd half of that game! Too bad the score was ALREADY 6-1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm digusted with another pathetic "effort" by the Kings!

One positive note: Lubo now tied for league lead in defencemen scoring.

Yeah, it would suck to be a fan of a team in first place and in a position to have home ice in the first round of the playoffs.

The point system suxx. Without 2p handed out for SO:s, Dallas would be 7th in the conference. Something to think about, eh!

Awards:
well we actually left after the 2nd period.

I think the kings need to address that defense moreso now. that was just rediculous coverage around garon. they still haven't covered the crease area well since the 3rd period of the oilers game. whats up with that?

Using that logic, the Kings would be in 9th. Besides, Dallas would still be in at least 3rd as winners of the division.

I wore my bag to the game with the intent to just wear it while we were on the pp, I ended up wearing it the whole game.
