blackout info

i am curious about which teams, if any, in the nhl have a television blackout provision if home games do not sell out or sell enough tickets
the only thing i really nhl tv contracts is that chicago doesn't have one
any other info about television contracting/special circumstances with particular teams would be greatly appreciated
thanks

go sabres

That kind of blackout only applies to the NFL. When games are "subject to local blackout" on ESPN it only means that you can only see the game on your local channel [i.e. Empire for Sabres, Comcast for Flyers/Caps, etc] and not ESPN, unless they have exclusive rights to that game, or shared rights.
