but its alright because we "control our own destiny" meaning that if we win all the rest of our games, and toronto and boston win all the rest of there games, we will make it over them.

We don't "need" them to lose but it sure would help if they did.

4-0 Bruins now, watching the game right now. Emery has been not so good let's say.

Tonight's game has no consequence on our upcoming Boston games.

Koivu, Kovalev and (sigh) Zednik love to kill the Bruins

We're gonna kill 'em

Apparently, after the 2nd, Thomas said it was the easiest shutout on which he was working on in his career.

Apparently, he still hasn't broken a sweat.

Thomas after the game: "They shouldn't give me the shutout. After all, I didn't even break a sweat."

Yeah, the helmet looks like an hybrid between that of Vincent Riendeau and Tretiak. Or Billy Smith, I'm not sure.

You do know this a much different Bruins team than the one you have faced the past couple of years, right? They don't rely on one player anymore. They play every game as hard as they can. You won't face Toivonen though, because he will be out until the Olympic break.

Bruins are playing amazing right now. Should be two exciting matches between these two teams this weekend!

Looks like the Leafs are getting this one handed to them on a silver platter. Now 4-1. They got two 3rd period goals on 2 different 5-on-3s.

Haven't actually watched the game so I can't comment on whether the Panthers penalties were deserved or not. But it looks like they self-destructed on this one. The Panters have 5 penalties in the first 1/2 of the 3rd while the Leafs have none.

He's got like 28 saves so far...that's already 150% more than we had and their's still 15 mins left, lol.

Please watch the entire game before making blanket statements.

The Panthers had three 5-on-3 PPs in this game. We killed off the first two, but the Panthers scored the first goal just a second or two after our first man came out of the box.

Just because we stink really bad right now, doesn't mean we were handed this game on a "silver platter". Our PKers deserve some credit for killing them off.

Out of curiosity, which of your goons are your PKers?
