Yep, both players were vicious. The stick was as nasty as it gets. I hope Nyquist gets 15-20.

I don't think the DoPS could give a suspension I would consider too harsh for that act.

If he's suspended for the rest of the regular season, I don't think it would be too much.

I'm going to put the Over/Under at 6 games for that Nyquist high stick.

Chevy asleep at the wheel and we miss out on Julien. Great. Pathetic.

Do you really believe Julien would have chosen us over them?

We also have no way of knowing whether Chevy reached out or not.

Top Canadian team fires their coach, upgrades mid-season. Worst Canadian team extends theirs after bottom 3 finish. True North!

Agreed no way Julien would come here if he had other choices especially the chance to coach the Habs. Jets remain status quo.

He was making $3M in Boston. Gotta bet Montreal is paying more.

We'd have to pay Maurice + Julien. It would likely total $5M or more

Now we're going to have to start all over again with the "Who should be our next coach" poll!

I don't think the Jets are even entertaining looking for another HC right now

Even when someone of Julien's calibre was available, even despite the apparent lack of direction we have right now

Can't believe people are mad about this. For it to have happened so quick speaks to how good of match they both obviously thought it was.
