If Malkin keeps playing like this he's gonna run away with it.

I think this award will be quite hard to run away with, he might edge it out in a close and contested battle tho?

Finally, Malkin is back!

Too far behind now though probably.

There are a lot of guys in the running this season.

I'd love Kane to pull it off again, and it's certainly possible.

Malkin is too far back at this point. Between crosby and mcdavid. Were approaching the 3/4 of the season and mcdavid is still leading. It's starting to get serious

Pens have two games in hand on Edmonton, and three on San Jose. What Crosby does in those may make a big difference in how the race shakes out.

Absolutely. I still think Crosby is the favorite, but it's a wide open race. Seems like the Rookies have stolen the focus this year though. Not a lot of people talking about the Art Ross even if the race has few nice elements in it (McDavid vs. Crosby and Burns doing what he's doing).

If Crosby and Malkin didn't get injured this would be a race between those two lol.

Mcdavid tied Sid again. Sid still has the lead because of the goal tie breaker.

Crazy back-and-forth. McDavid's been lucky with his health this year- not even a maintenance day to speak of- and he'll need every single shift possible to keep ahead of Crosby.
