Maybe, that's the only angle of the hit I've seen and it didn't look like he jumped. I'm just basing it on that clip.

It's crazy how everybody's here to bash the Pens.. Even the Caps fan, to me it's borderline..

Not vicious at all, when I read the thread title I thought it was going to be like a vicious crosscheck to the head, not a hit that was a little high

It's quite obvious that it was a head shot

Clean, McHockey put himself in a vulnerable position so therefore his nose got clean sliced by a skate flying through midair. That's hockey.

I did and I still don't see him jumping into the hit. It's easy to see through your bias here though.

From the seats, yes. Down at ice level, though, it (most likely) wasn't.

They haven't been clean. Boarding on Buff and late hit on Lowry?? took out two of our defensemen. Clean

Yeah on the Jets broadcast they showed it from the other side and closer to the ice and it was pretty clear. I'll post it if I can find it.

Seriously, so much wrong in this game.

Refs lost this game early, it was just a matter of time before this would happen.

Also, that wasn't that dirty.

That hit is on the refs.

Don't ignore the first 2 and you won't get that one.

Are you not reading the posts you quote? Honest question. I said "I don't see him leaving his feet".

Watched it again, still don't see it. Why don't you find a better angle that actually shows him to be leaving his feet?

Winnipeg headlines tomorrow: Malkin sets on-ice vertical leap record to make vicious, blatant headshot on an innocent Jets player who dindu nuffin. Bigg Buff and Lowry later consoled by grief councilors.
