Yep.

But Ghetto scored a goal and Grigorenko potted a couple.

Poor trading and poor drafting.

Unless the Kings go on a great run, looks like the West is decided.

The only playoff race at this point looks like the second wild card in the east.

Will make for a lot of relatively 'meaningless' games in the final three weeks.

Which makes me lament the fact there aren't three point wins.

I got no love for the Leafs but despise them less than Boston, Tampa and the Sens. I'd love to see them make it though as I'd want to see Washington crush them and their fanbase. I have no interest in NYI as a team, so a series between them and Washington I won't care.

Also, there is the outside chance of meeting the Leafs in the later rounds (like 0.0001%) but I would love to play them.

I hope "Le Jeune André Ghetto" keeps performing that way Sakic will think twice when Bergevin is offering him some pieces to trade for Duchene.

it's crazy that it's very likely that the 2nd and 3rd best team in the league will battle against each other in the 1st round

Leafs vs Bruins tonight. Big game. I'd prefer the Bruins winning tbh.

You should go wash your mouth too!

The only reasonable wish is to have a metor or something crashing on both teams benches.

Martin Leclerc of Radio-Canada made some very interesting comments on the airwaves of 91.9 Sports FM with hosts Michel Langevin and Enrico Ciccone today.

While the trio was talking about Alexander Radulov’s next contract, Leclerc came out and said that he has his suspicions about the real age of the Montreal Canadiens forward.

Leclerc mentioned that we have heard rumors for years about Russian born players lying about their age and that he believes that Alex Ovechkin is much older than 31-years-old like his NHL bio states.

Max Truman of Dans Les Coulisses later added fuel to the fire by recalled that many journalists doubted the age of Mikhail Grigorenko while his was playing in the QMJHL with the Quebec Remparts.

That stuff can't be precise to 1 or 2 years, no?

If a guy says he's 19 while he's in fact 20 or 21, can a doctor really find out?

I don't know for 100%, I'm far from a doctor . But They find the age of murder victims just from bones and not even full remains either. A living breathing person right in front of you must be easier would it not?

Yeah, I don't know either. Maybe there's some way to do it.

More sneaky would be to lie on your date of birth in order to go one year later in the draft. You gain a serious advantage and it might just be a matter of months.

After their win tonight, the Leafs are looking pretty comfortable in the final playoff spot.

We play the Lightning twice in the final eight days of the season, I'm hoping we destroy Tampa and put the final nail in their coffin. Would be some pretty sweet revenge after they ruined our tank last year.

I guess the league really wants them to make the PO... A weak call on Moore with 3 minutes to go in a tie game...

Interesting looking at the standings right now, and noticing that all the teams with positive GF-GA are in playoff spots, and the ones with negative are out. +/- has to be killing corsi this year in predicting playoff teams.
