I like this move a lot and think it's a good one. But we all know what else needs to be done.

Dwight King is a really good deal.

King (LW) - Ott (C) - McCaron (RW)

those will be a ****IN pain to play against.

This is a very solid pickup ! People who complain have no clue to be honest! This guy is a beast and he was a big part of the Kings PO success.

Solid addition, but it doesn't address the lack of offense. If this is the biggest move MB makes today, it will be very disappointing.

Anyone complaining about this trade doesn't know hockey or has never seen King play.

It seems like you guys are putting together a group that is built to wear teams down come playoff time. I like the King move for MTL a lot.

CJ like MT, prefers tight low scoring games.

Finally, we gonna have a team that will be unpleasant to play against. King, Shaw, Ott, McCarron.... I love it !

King has won a couple of Cups with LA.
We actually have had many decent bottom 6 units. The one we had on our playoff that ended against the Rangers was already pretty good.

King is perfect for Julien. Like the move as long as we get a top 6 fwd.

Condition is apparently 4th becomes a 3rd if Habs resign King. TSN 690

McCarron is probably more painful to play with than against, he brings absolutely nothing right now.

Habs fans are cheering too because DD is gone.

King - Mitchell - Ott : much better 4th line than we have now.

or

King - Plek - Shaw as our 3rd line
Byron - Mitchell - Ott as our 4th line

Better than what we have now.

Yeah, McCarron isn't ready.

Mitchell brings speed and a decent amount of skills. I don't see him getting healthy scratched.

I like it if MB acquires top 6 power from here to deadline. If not I don't care because we are getting bounced early.

King's the type of bottom 6 forward this team has lacked for years...think Brandon Prust, but bigger, faster and a bit better skills.

+ he's got a lot of playoff experience...Habs finally have bottom 6 guys who can change the momentum of the game by doing something other than scoring.

Good, solid move by Bergevin
There are more of your type of posts whining about maybe one poster not happy with the trade

I like this move, it doesn't help the top 6 but he is a definite upgrade to our bottom 6 and bring some size and playoff experience. Give this trade I don't see we when out and got Ott, becasue I don't see Ott has a significant upgrade.
