Time for some personnel changes on power play , gagner needs to be replaced by bjork , and teams don't respect Wennberg will shoot so they all collapse around the net . Puck movement has become slow on power play . Sure hope we get out of this funk offensively , and soon

I disagree. I know everybody is all in love with bjork right now, but I'm not seeing it. His stats in the NHL are worse this year than they were last year. He had a good few games before the bye, but since then he's been way too unproductive to be on the first line. He just disappears for long stretches. Beyond that, Gagner is playing center on the PP and taking the draws for a reason. A lot of the success of our PP has been because of his ability to win the draw and get us posession there.

That powerplay was fine, they just need to finish.

I've only seen half the game. Gagner has not been good in the half I've watched. On a few plays I wasn't sure what he was doing or trying to do. How was he in the first period?

What success? They have one of the worst PPs in the league since the new year. The lack of winning FO has been a big part of that (taking FOs is the reason Gagner is in the top unit).

Yes, that explains why every NHL organization use them. Crazy!

Yes but I'm only talking about the FOs on the PP. The majority of FOs on the PP are being taken by Gagner (probably the 4th FO guy on the team) and he is not winning nearly enough of them and producing points to jusify keeping on the top unit.

Jackets have to be the only team in the league who have a forward on their top PP unit who hasn't scored a single goal in nearly 2 1/2 months.

Torts doesn't and it's hard to believe in stats that say guys who don't score or put up points are the best offensive players on the ice

This Ottawa team play style reminds me of team Canada at Sochi. Get a lead, then everyone plays goalie and trap it up

Yep. Only Saad has scored in the last 8 periods.....Korpi has been ok but I thought the first one was him when he didnt control the puck.
