Esche has been less than stellar. That first PP goal was brutal, no way there should have been a rebound on that shot and I thought the 2nd one was pretty bad as well. At least he recovered to make a couple decent saves though.
im wathcing the sens rangers cause i dont have comcast and im at such a loss of rwho i want to win. i love seeing ottawa lose cause a lot of my friends go for them but i want the rangers to lose but i have lundquist in my pool but i also have redden chara and alkfie in my pool.

this team is so much better with desjardin on the ice. i think a lot of us (my self included) seriously under rated his importance to this team. Hes making what would be a subpar defense corps tonight look pretty solid. He compliments pitkanen perfectly, is great positionally, and that makes him an effective checker without taking many penalties.
he also really helps out our PP. he's got a right hand shot (everyone else is left), and his shot is solid from the point rarely misses the net and is nice and low for easy deflections.
in response to whoever asked how desjardins looks tonight - he doesnt look like he's missed a beat
How's Rosie doing? I assume he hasn't got much ice.
Nedved not on the bench.
he hasn't been out too much, but he did get some PP time. i don't remember any bad plays by him but i did get the sense that he was a little nervous (understandably so) with the puck for at least his first few shifts. i think he's gonna be a real nice player though.
