Great effort by Boone there on the PK. 1 on 5! What an effort.

How did the refs even allow that goal? Clear interference.

That's a goal. Contact came after the puck was through.

Love how Boone was held/hooked/interfered multiple times on that shift and they never called a penalty

Offside, no goal.

Which is lucky, because Anderson clearly checked the guy into Bob.

These challenges sure let me know a lot of the borderline calls. Now I need to see if someone can kick while on one skate...

Can someone get an announcer who has a clue and isn't a total homer in there? Sheesh.

What? I'm confused - how was that onside? My first look it seemed obvious. Oh back toe. Well that's a rule that needs reversed. He was offside.

It wasn't interference because Anderson checked the player into Bob....after the puck crossed the line.

Toe came down, you can straddle the line. Even if you're offside as long as you don't touch up, it's ok as long as you tag up.

It's easy if you don't listen to Rimer.

Doesn't he have to exit the zone since he was already IN the zone when the puck was outside the zone?

You "exit" the zone when you straddle the line. It's a good call.

So his toe may have touched, but the Jackets and TV viewer have no idea because the NHL has a camera that only they can see. How is that view not available for all?

Lost in all that is yet another comedy of errors by Seth Jones. He's been good for 1 or 2 howlers every game that could easily end up in the net.

The NHL by far has the worst officiating of any of the major sports . Tired of blantant calls missed every game

If you look up the rule, both of their skates must completely cross the blue line for it to be offisdes. Since his toe touched on the line without touching the puck inside the zone, he technically tagged up. Good goal. But feel free to keep hand-wringing the refs and the league.
