These 3 are my favorite players on this team - they always seem to show up and it's great seeing them score in addition to shutting down the opponents top line(s) night in / out. Notice their ice time in the 3rd?
It's a tough call. They all bring something different and I'd call it pretty even. But remember, Dano is a year and a half younger than Lowry and Armia. Tough call!

Perrault is winding down. lose him in the expansion draft. keep the guys with upside potential.

He's not winding down. keep the guy who has done it not the guy who might 1 day maybe sort-of do something.

Happens to every team, but that doesn't fit in with the trade everyone/fire everyone narrative I imagine.

GG boys, keep stringing them together.

This is normal in any sport where vets lose a step once a team is out of playoffs ... put them on a playoff team and they can take it to the next level.

Wow... What a weird game...

Team got really beat up.

Completely out shot at evens. Lowry line around 15% Corsi. Expected goals against over 4. But we won!

I know which player I am putting my money on, but sure by all means throw out hot taeks based one game where he nabbed a point
Armia and Lowry are 23 years old and Dano is 22 years old.
Armia is 6' 3"
Lowry is 6' 5"
Dano is 5'11" gotta take size(reach) into account too.

I don't even want to look. I'll just be a boxscore watcher in the morning, to make sure we actually still won instead.

Good to see some secondary scoring. 3 goals from defensemen should win you the game.

I'm not delusional enough to think play-offs are a possibility at this point but how about ending the season at true .500? This would mean going 8-2 to end the season. (come to think of it that probably won't happen either)

Entertaining game. Glad to see Laine use his size and strength to screen the winning shot. Morrissey is golden, such a strong game.

Ya I think it was more Jets got bulldozer due to having 3 below average AHL caliber defensemen on the ice. Combined the Jets literally had one on the ice nearly every minute.

It was a gong show.

I was transfixed watching Stuart. It was like having a beer league guy win a contest to play in a real NHL game.

Meanwhile, Morrissey was basically heroic paired with Strait.

Just got back from that gong show. I literally laughed out loud at our D on numerous occasions. It was clown car bad at times.

Can't believe we won that. Good times.

Hi, Jets fans! Just curious if you're still sold on Helle? Dismal coverage in front of him all day, but the tying goal was pretty bad. Is he still your goalie of the future?

Probably, we the fans aren't expecting great things for the next couple of years, though. Ideally, we'd want a 1A goalie to sign over the summer - someone who's not much better than Helle, definitely not worse, and hopefully on a shorter-term contract, so Helle can take the reigns one day.

I think he'll bounce back, if and by how much will depend on how much of a decent back up he has and goalie coaching...

To be fair, analytics suggest that the average expected goals against for the Jets was 4. So he wasn't off overall in performance from expectations, regardless of which ones went in and which ones did not.

Agree whole heartedly. I could certainly see Lowry in a front office or behind a bench when his time on the ice is finished. JoMo is great too.

Anyone hear Boudreau's post game interview? It's on illegal curve, only 30 seconds long. Worth a listen if your bored and want to have a chuckle.

I think that line has been struggling in their own zone this year. But strong on the forecheck.

Hutch has awesome taste when it comes to gear and masks. As a goalie equipment nerd, I give him my thumbs up.
