Kings have to play more desperate tonight against the Oil but I say the Oilers win.

Someone posted a chart in the Bruins GDT but there is something like a 20% potential swing in the Leafs playoffs chances riding on tonight's game and it sounds like the B's have caught the flu bug. Not good

a leafs win tonight in regulation and all of a sudden they don't have to rely on TB and Islanders losing; Boston comes into play which means the next 2 games Boston plays will also have an impact on who the Leafs could pass down the stretch. Gives Toronto another option.

I know I'm stating the obvious here but this is a massive game for both teams. Let's also remember the Leafs have a game in hand on all 3 teams.

Sounds like Backes might be out, and Bergeron is a bit banged up. Also pregnancy is really gonna hurt a couple members, with Stafford just having a baby so no sleep will hurt his game, and I think Marchand and another guy are both expecting babies so they'll be affected the same way.

Can Bruins/Leafs fans agree we both want OT tonight and garuantee 1 point?

We'd rather a regulation win for a better chance at getting Ottawa instead of Washington, but can't get greedy at this point of the season.. although it's probably a guaranteed BOS win if we go to extra time considering our record in it

Polak with Reilly is a such a Babcock move.

Does it even matter at this point? I don't want to sound like a pessimist, but the door is almost shut on them.

Larkin faking getting a stick to the mouth got them a powerplay and saved them a goal with Eichel coming in after stripping him of the puck.

Smart play.

Boston is a strong team. I think Backes is a fantastic addition for them

Larkin went from being better than Eichel to an Oscar nominee. What a career trajectory.

1-0 Bruins. Leafs skaters all caught up with Marchand and Backes scores.

Really stupid play by Sosh. Don't know why the refs make it even up. Sure Bergeron went after him when getting up, but give the Leafs another two. Bruins should get a PP out of that.

Refs screw up as usual.

Goon it up in turn.

If Bergeron stays down its 5, sad officiating.

Bad hit.

Wonder if the Soshnikov-Kadri-Komarov line is going to be kept together, all 3 play on the edge and seem to feed off eachother's chippiness.

Not worth a major. Sosh should have been given an extra 2 though, surprised by that.
