The most important regular season game we'll play this season. Lose and we can start making plans for games 1 and 2 in Pittsburgh. Win (in regulation) and we control our own destiny for home ice.

It will also give us a glimpse for how they'll look in the playoffs. I hope they rise to the occasion.

We currently own the ROW tiebreakers over the Pens 47-44

If we lose tonight.. lets lose in OT. With that said, I want 2 points

I want the Jackets to win but in reality I don't care about this game as long as the CBJ win the 1st round. Nobody will remember this game or who had home ice but they will remember who won the series.

the optimist in me says that the end of the last game, perhaps starting with JJ's goal, was the spark that was needed to snap these guys into shape. Given the opponent and the certainty that this is a preview of the first round, I find myself expecting a rambunctious and productive offensive attack (>2 goals).

Happy to get Bjorkstrand back. Let's go Jackets!

Critical game.. critical to our psyche we need to hit them hard and often 3-1 Blue Jacket victory!! Calling out OB & Sonny Milano. This is your time boys. I'm not suggesting that you need to carry the play or the team.. but please for God's sake get your shots on goal. Good things happen when you shoot the puck. Sonny.. this is your time to cement your butt on the big club and never look back again. OB.. roofers.. we are looking for roofers every NHL goalie can stop an incoming puck.. they don't do so well with the ones going up or down.

He's fine, he travelled with the team to Pittsburgh. If he was injured, and not just banged up, he'd stay home.

If the traveling with team means healthy for 1st round, I am
Would be good to get a game or two before PO's but the rest is not a bad result so long as he is 100% at GO TIME>

A lot of gamesmanship this time of year. Don't believe everything you read

I'm kind of worried about where we are right now. Leaning on Oliver and Milano to save the day for our offense isn't where I thought we would be..

I thought bjork would be a big part of our offense, he just took a serendipitous route to get there. But otherwise, yeah...

I hope my boy Sonny shuts up some of the doubters in his stint with the team this year.

So, 264 man games lost for the Pens is it? I mean, it's a good amount, but they're barely over halfway to the 502 man games the CBJ lost two years ago. I really expected it to be in mid-300's the way they whine about it.
