Team left Rinne out to dry in the third period. They better come out to play in the playoffs is all I got to say or it's one and done.

Yes but that still doesn't excuse their play tonight even if it was w/ scrubs in. Controlled most of the game and played good defensively then break down w/ 30 secs to go. Have to finish games like this.

The problem w/ this team is their inconsistency. If they played hard all 60 minutes, I wouldn't have a problem w/ them. But they seem to slack off and play lackadaisical during certain parts of the game and it usually comes back to bite them in the butt. Oh well, game is over. They better come full force in the playoffs though and no slacking off there.

Yeah and the mighty Shea Weber finished last year -7, also went -7 in 14 playoff games (Ouch). It's too bad that +/- is such a great indicator of actual play. But at least we traded a bum for a younger bum.

Regular season is over. I think we all thought we were going to play the hawks anyways. Not going to get too upset losing when Watson and Harry Z were our 3rd and 4th line centers. We get time off to heal and get everybody back.

Well we're gonna have to figure out how to score more than one goal, or Pekka is going to have to give the greatest goaltending performance in NHL history.

The problem in this game wasn't Subban though but the whole team.

It's going to be amazing if we actually win the series.

I'm a believer in finishing the season strongly, to go into the playoffs on a high note, and conceding the game winner in the final minute of play, shorthanded, in a game that you once led, to ensure that you play the #1 team in the West and best playoff team in the past decade, is decisively not that.

I wonder if that egregious turnover by Bitetto will cost him the #7 position to start the playoffs. That was the wrong time for that, when Laviolette seems to be liking what he's seeing from Hunt.

Even if they lose I'm hoping they at least give it all they got and give Chicago hell at least and make it a difficult and fun series.

What are they scared of exactly? They've owned us this season...

Are they scared of Subban? Don't worry he telegraphs every slap shot about 3 minutes before he takes it so everyone can block it.

What your seeing and sensing here is just bitter disappointment in a season that had so much promise and so little pay off so far. This team has more talent than a 8th place finish in the West. It's indefensible at this point.

Personally, I'm glad we drew Chicago. I think at this point in time there isn't much difference between Anaheim and Chicago.

With Chicago though, less travel and earlier games.
