I don't think Boston is coming back in this one. They're missing too many players and Ottawa is almost fully healthy out there, getting Methot back now.

These playoffs could turn into an NBC nightmare if the Canadian teams keep winning.

Yes it's wrong we still have to beat the Rangers before even thinking of next team.

Funny thing about it is that they are built like 90% of the so called experts on HF would build their team.

I love the C of Red in Calgary. It's always amazing to watch the crowd in one color. It really sticks out.

Even my answer here is completely useless, as we've just changed threads.
What....

Anyways, I'm just glad Toronto didn't get McDavid....it was my only wish lol....I was actually at that draft!

They spent so much time accumulating playoff warriors like Williams and other clutch guys like Oshie, and make big deadline splashes..but something is fundamentally broken with that team. They can always be counted on folding as soon as things aren't easy.

Bett mans dream would be :

NYR vs BOS
PIT vs WSH

He's all about the American markets. Canadian teams winning doesn't "grow the game"

More like 15 seconds. They'll use at least 15 seconds to talk about Crosby.

The problem is Ovechkin.

Then you have that clown Kuznetsov flapping his arms around like a bird when he scores.

I hate to parrot Don Cherry, but he's 100% correct on this.

It only means the fall will be more painful. They'll find a way to choke. They always do.

Except the series is 2-1 and could easily be 3-0. A little adversity is good to make sure they DON'T take their foot off the pedal again. I expect the leafs to egt overconfident, esp with the media. Remember leafs are the most epic of chokers. Last playoff series they had, and only one in HD, Bring it to game 7 after being behind 3-0 in series, up 3-0 and then lose.

When you have a team of playoffs chokers, why do you go hire a coach whose team has always choked in the playoffs?

Bruins meltdown in their GDT/PGT... calling for Cam Neely to assault the refs, calling for Providence Bruins to injure the star Sens players and then assault the refs, calling for all sorts of stuff like that.

I know we have a bipolar and silly fanbase but the worst I've seen in all my time here isn't anywhere close to how bad these guys get. The Joel Ward incident was clearly not even the tip of the iceberg...

Is it all American fanbases? Though I think sunbelt fans aren't as bloodthirsty, when I was in NYC I dealt with abhorrent sports d bags every playoffs too. It's probably more the "bully" teams - Flyers and Bruins that encourage this kind of violent thinking. Pretty sad and scummy.
