Doesn't have to be a nice dangle around a dmen for a highlight goal (although I don't think anyone minds watching those) but it can be anything- from little dekes to Karlsson's ridiculous pass to Hoffman a few days ago.

Really can be anything that just leaves you in awe.

A great example: https://youtu.be/q_P4P6qnL-w

Maybe not the most skilled play Ive ever seen ..... but definitely something I think very few players have the ice-IQ to actually do

The Crosby one-handed backhand comes to mind, as does OV's pass to himself against Montreal.

Ive come to expect magic every time I watch Penguins play, so I won't post anything from Malkin/Crosby. This was one that made my jaw drop, especially since I had a lot of money on the game and Datsyuk brought home the money with this play.

Malkin pick pocket spin o rama bar down. So much skill and talent on display with one play.

Send a message via ICQ to Kelly

Not as good as some the previous mentioned, but I think it deserves respect.

It's not NHL, but I remember a World Junior goal by John Tavares where he batted it out of the air to himself and hit it into the goal on his second touch. It was pretty amazing hand-eye coordination.

It's actually here, forward to 1:15:

This Max Domi flip-the-puck-over-the-goalie is pretty sweet too.

The Karlsson to Hoffman goal this week was pretty jaw dropping on both their parts though.

He's already an NHL player. Just not yet old enough to play in the NHL.

This is a personal fave. It looks like nothing until you see the closeup and then

This is Rick Nash's maybe GOAT goal from 2008. Little known fact, it was apparently recorded in 1953. There used to be high quality videos of this. lol

I don't have any video and I can't tell you what game it was but I remember watching Lemieux in 2003 corral a bad pass that was a foot above the ice and behind his skates and he deflected it with his stick right in front of him like it was nothing.

Really will miss watching Elias play. This probably isn't close to his career highlight, but was definitely one of my favorites.

It's not even the goal that I'm giving credit to in this play. Watch it closer. Who passed the puck to Daniel right on his tape?
