Getting grinders over scorers at the deadline is what costing us right now. Vanek or push for Vrbata. Kings bringing nothing, Ott/Martinsen wasn't much of an upgrade over McCarron/Whoever.

Damn the drama queens have came out of the woodwork.

That being said, we really need to rebuild our entire D squad. The last two goals were downright embarrassing by our defensemen.

This is honestly Bergevin's fault, he did nothing to help the team at the deadline.

We KNEW this team had scoring issues, he didn't fix that at all.

Rangers are such a flukey team. Can't score unless something stupid happens. That being said Habs were **** in the third and ot. Team can't score. Pathetic. Rangers are not a good team and we should be going to the east finals easily. But instead we have to watch this garbage

This team looked so, so tired. Horrible showing in that overtime.

Our centers suck.

Even if I want to make a dominant first line, I don't know who to put at 1C.

Honestly Rangers deserved it, they just stood back after the first. Memories of Therrien. We have a one goal lead?? Protect it !!

Agreed. I thought Mtl deserved better after 40 minutes but they couldn't get the lead they deserves and the NYR took over the game... Habs had a solid 5-10 minutes in the third but OT was all rangers Yikes.

one fourth line change isnt the difference. this team just isnt good. The weber trade will haunt us for a long time. our window was much longer with subban.

You can't expect amazing when Jordie Benn is one of your leading d-men and the other is a 39 year old who was clearly gassed.

Price is the only reason the Habs made the playoffs.

We started so well. Maybe too well. Habs seemed to have no pep in OT. Oh well, we get at least one more game. Hope for the best.

He is not trash... But sorry he's not elite either. Lundvist in our net and we at least have the lead in that series

we outplayed them most the game. got bad luck. they were good when it mattered and the bounces went their way. whatever, not much you can do about that

question though: were there refs tonight? i didn't notice..
