Rask stepped up last game .But the dummy didn't score any goals for us.

I didn't think it was possible, but I now hate Ovechkin even more than I already did. Having Carlo in the lineup wouldn't have solved everything, but it sure the **** woulda helped!

Just win baby!

Honestly, I cant remember a team being this unlucky. Really all season, but even in the last three weeks, its been unbelievable. To lose an important Dman in 4 straight games is just crazy. To be on the wrong side of that horrible call in a playoff OT, sucks. To have that goal taken away because 20 seconds before we scored Acciari was an inch offside was just deflating.

This team had a real swagger going until Marchand speared that dude. Since than its been a gong show. Bad luck cant keep lasting, I feel like we will win tonight and just have to take it a period at a time. Hopefully we can make our own luck tonight.

This is where I am at too.

If the Bruins can't win the series at least make Ottawa work for it.

I still think this is going 7.

But to go 7 - we need to win tonight.
I echo the sediment that our D has been good enough. Our offence has to break through. Marchand, Krejci, Pastrnak and Bergeron need to step up tonight and be the difference.

We will go from there.
Go Bruins!!!!!

Going out on a limb and saying McAvoy gets a goal tonight, and B's win 3-2.

The Bruin's haven't had too many breaks go their way in this series, so tonight's the night!

It would be nice if the refs either kept their whistles in their pockets, or started calling some of Ottawa's cheap interference and holding crap.

I'm not too hopeful for many or any Bruin PP's, so I'd be happy if they just put their ****ing whistles away.......and let them play!

An underrated part of the story has been Carlo + McQuaid gone from the PK. The PK was the best in the NHL in the regular season. Their success rate in the playoffs would have been 3rd worst in the regular season and in a series with few goals, if has been disastrous.

My hopes are not high for tonight*, but the growth of Pastrnak, Carlo and McAvoy has me optimistic for the next year. Was hoping to see more from Pasta this series, but a good learning experience.

In the short run, they need to find someone for Krejci's LW, and generally improve the middle six. We all knew this going into the season, but the D seemed more pressing. Sweeney has done a good job of rebuilding the D both in the short and long term. It does seem like they have the blueline figured out for the long term as long as one of Zboril, Lindgren and Lauzon hit and Chara, McAvoy, Carlo, Krug is a solid top 4 for next season.

*But, if they do win tonight they just need to win a game at home and anything can happen in game 7.

all true but the biggest absence, especially against a pure trap team is not having Krug in the mix. McAvoy, IMO, will be a guy who`ll get more comfortable and confident taking the puck up ice himself but right now, as thrilled as I am with his game, he still looks a touch hesitant to do so where we just know Krug would have skated through some of that trap. We did see Charlie do it once last game, took the puck right into the offensive zone and had a chance vs Anderson (wish he would have cut to the other side of the net but..)

It's even worse. The Senators are 3 for 10 or 11 I think.
Keep it mind they had 2 PP's that lasted for like 20 seconds and they scored in OT in game 2 right after the PP ended.

Bruins have basically had a PK with a 50% success rate.

Can't happen when you're a $7M goalie [insert sarcasm emoji here].

My prediction for tonight, Bruins win 3-2. Marchand, Backes, Frankie V with the goals.

Marchy gets a spark tonight. Sadly, I think Pasta continues to struggle.

I know they stayed in a hotel up in Ottawa last night.
Hopefully there were wake up calls for Bergeron, Marchand, Pasternak, and Krecji.

Often, some unsung player comes up big for a team in the playoffs.
How about it being a Bruin, starting tonight.

I'm sick of the story in recent series being their big guys stepped up and ours did not. Let's reverse the role for once.

Would be very happy with that.
I'd also like Accari to have at least two of his crushing hits tonight. Preferably on
B. Ryan and E. Karlsson
