Should Rangers Send down?

During the olympic break should the Rangers send down Hollweg, Orr and Moore on a 2 week conditioning stint to Hartford to get playing time??? Playing time can only help them.

Im not 100% sure...but I don't think they can. They had to do it by a certain date if they wanted to.
