Does that seem a bit strange to anyone else? You'd think he would need a bit of time to get comfortable out there again, especially with his style. I wonder if he'd spend a week down there if they weren't playing the Isles.

He's the type of guy the Pens need. An enegry player who costs very little $$. I doubt they are pulling any kind of move just because they are playing us, just that they need warm bodies for the fourth line this bad.

As for Godard Webb, that matchup would be a joke. Webb fights, but not the true heavyweights like Eric. If he were to go it would be another Isle.

Perhaps Wiemer.

Carins and Godard would go with another guy. (Unless Webb lays a huge hit on someone and they go after him like the Isles have done up to this point.)
