Maybe you girls should get some toughness until Worell gets back. Until then then deal with the fact that teams are going to take liberties. BTW, you probably thought Foote was pretty cool giving Chimera a sucker punch after a clean hit.

Hinote should have kept his gloves on.

Two Av players nailed Cross at the blue line, one of them went down, the other went head first into the boards (I don't remember if it was Hinote or MCCormack). This is Corys fault?

Hinote brought that chit on himself.

McCormick was the one who went into the boards. Hinote wanted to go with Cross!!! and then Moreau comes skating in like a runaway train and decks Hinote. Hinote has no idea he was coming until the last moment.

So then what you are saying is that it's okay for Hinote to stick up for McCormack but not okay for Moreau to stick up for Cross?

Cross is a big guy!! besides why is Moreau sticking up for Cross for? i dont get this.

Hinote and McCormick hit Cross , McCormick went into the boards, Hinote wanted to fight Cross, Cross didnt even have time to do anything, and then then Moreau jumps Hinote. if he was trying to stick up for Cross (why did he have to????) why did he have to jump Hinote?!?!!? thats what this whole topic is about.

Oh no.

One stupid move by Moreau can surely even out all the dives Forsberg made in the first game between our teams.

Consider us even.

Cross was standing there smirking at Hinote with his gloves on. Hinotes standing there looking for a fight with his gloves off. At this point it looks like Hinote might just get a minor, but Moreau thinks, "looking for a fight? Lets go". Since Cross wasn't dropping the gloves, Moreau obliged.

What's all the whining about anyway? So Hinote took a few coco bonkers on the top of the helmet.

Boo hoo. Call off the troops.

I'm pointing out the fact that stupid plays are made. It happens. Get over it. I didn't ***** and moan about Forsberg in the 6-3 game (except during the broadcast) until now. I'm highlighting the fact that the Avs are also faliable. Moreau made a dumb move. Get over it.

Frankly I am quite pleased with Moreau.

It's about time guys got pissed off enough about how the game is going and how the team is playing to actually take it out on the opposition.

Just because the refs treat the all mighty avalanche with special care, it doesn't mean that the opposition can't send some messages.

Stupid argument. How many Stanley Cup banners does Colorado have hanging in the Pepsi Center? 2

Last time I checked Skyreach Centre we had 5.

I'm not gonna get into arguing with the Oilers , I like them a lot . I love the way they play fast hockey . It would be a treat to see them and Colorado play in the playoffs this year for some exciting hockey .
Hey!

We had 2 first round wins - not 1.

1 against Dallas in 1997
1 against Colorado in 1998

Don't worry - I can't deny that compared to when we won 5 cups our team doesn't have a prayer. I'm just talking trash because it's fun.

Seeing as we have the Colorado Avalanche "block parents" here, I would like to ask them what they thought of the Pisani hit.

Better call 2 Waaaaammbulances whitenoise. I see a cry-wreck coming.

Hell, Ethan Moreau and Cory Cross can do that all they want. That made the game that much more enjoyable--and it's not like anyone got seriously injured. Three fights in one night and a hat trick to boot! That ALMOST makes up for the two lackluster performances by the Avs the two games beforehand

And what are we Avs fans complaining about? All Pisani, Moreau, Isbister, and Laraque did was land themselves in the penalty box numerous times.
