Eklund "Rumors": Biron to LA

And I'm using the term "Rumors" very very lightly.

Get ready for it.

Biron for.....drumroll please: Roenick.

Bwahahahahahahahaha

Someone must really be having fun feeding these "rumors" to Eklund.

Doesn't make sense for Buffalo or LA, Unless Roenick is heading elsewhere upon hitting Buffalo. Why would Buffalo, a 4 line team based on chemistry and hardwork take on someone with an ego that couldn't fit in the HSBC arena, let alone the dressing room.

Discuss.

I'm pretty sure Eklund doesn't own a desk.

I guess Eklund's ****-throwing monkey hit a spot on the wall that set off a light bulb in his head. No way would Buffalo take Roenick in the position they're in.

There's a true story about a convicted con man who was recently found to be impersonating a lawyer in New York City. To which the judge remarked, "I should have suspected he wasn't a lawyer. He was always so punctual and polite."

Trade won't work because there's no way JR would play in Buffalo. He has a very short list of cities that he wants to play in(2, I think), with one being LA and the other being Phoenix if I recall correctly.

It won't be a straight trade one for one. Buffalo will recieve some youth as well and JR may be all they need to compete in the Playoffs. Whether he has a big ego or not, he plays the game very hard, just like the Sabres. This could be JR's return to glory, being snuffed from the US Olympics team, then leading Buffalo deep into the playoffs.

For the 100th time... could someone please explain to me why Eklund is a legitimate source and the hundreds of random posters offering up their own delusional versions of reality are not legitimate sources?

I honestly don't get it.

I really don't.

Since when do "playing hard", "Roenick", and "playoffs" live in the same sentance without the words "Known for not...", and "..folds up in the..."?

Easy! Set up a blog and then convince someone in a media outlet that you know something. When one never has to produce results but instead has only to convince people that one is relevent... it becomes a money making machine.

Roenick would immedetaly retire on the spot if that happened. He wants to stay out west and that is the reason we traded him to LA

It has been beaten to death...but here it is.

He has been hired as freelance and works for other reputable sites, including Sportsnet.ca

With those credentials, he meets the bare minimum criteria that HF has to be posted as a source.

Hasn't he been canned from sportsnet? I haven't seen anything posted from him in a long time.

In Eklunds defense he did break the Hossa Heatley deal. Other then that he sucks.

116 pts in 136 playoff games prove you are wrong.
